At LIONESS FASHION, we want you to feel empowered in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimates and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
